My favorite things to do with kids

Zoo de Barcelona

Barcelona Zoo, known as Parc Zoològic de Barcelona, is a great place to visit. Located right in the city center, on the edge of Parc de La Ciutadella. It’s an ideal spot for a family outing.

ComboTip: If your kids love sea creatures, consider buying combined tickets for the zoo and the Barcelona Aquarium, which is situated at the harbor.

Museu Marítim

The Maritim Museum offers a fascinating journey through the rich maritime history of the city. Housed in the historic Royal Shipyards, the museum showcases a vast collection of ship models, nautical instruments, and maritime artifacts. Including the full-scale replica of the 16th-century galley ship.

The museum provides an engaging and educational experience for visitors of all ages.

Tip: Every Sunday after 15:00 pm, you can visit the museum free of charge.

Parc d'Attractions del Tibidabo

At the top of mountain Tibidabo you will find Spain’s oldest amusement park. The park features over 25 attractions for people of all ages, along with stunning views of the city.

FunFact: this amusement park is the second oldest in Europe and is one of the very first amusement parks ever built!

Poble Espanyol

Poble Espanyol (Spanish Village) is an awesome spot for a day out with the kids. This open-air museum on Montjuïc lets you explore the diverse architectural styles from all over Spain. Stroll through Andalusian neighborhoods, a Catalan monastery, and so much more – all recreated in full scale!

There are creative workshops and various activities for everyone to enjoy. After soaking in all that culture, you can relax on one of the many terraces with a snack and a drink.

It’s the perfect mix of learning, playing, and relaxing for families with kids.
